7 substitutes from the 08/09 season

As of next season, teams will be able to name seven substitutes for each Premier League match as happens in European football.
The new regulations were voted upon and a majority were in favour of this new rule.
The number of substitutions made in a match will remain at three but the additional 2 men on the bench will give managers more options when making those vital changes.
