Real Madrid prepare £60+ million offer for Ronaldo

Well, to be fair, Ramon Calderon (Real Madrid’s President) did say earlier in the season he would test Ronaldo’s commitment to United with a summer swoop for the PFA player of the year, and if reports are to be believed, he is set to make a £63.4 million offer.

When drawn upon the subject, Calderon said “I do not want to make promises which cannot be kept but we are the richest club in the world”. Well Mr Calderon, you know what you can do with your record breaking offer?
