Saha to Sunderland?
July 28, 2008
Former United captain Roy Keane looks set to continue his policy of signing former team mates as Sunderland lodge an official £10 million bid to sign out of favour striker Louis Saha.
Saha has had an indifferent period whilst at Old Trafford, playing well in the games he was fit but ultimately, missing far too much time sidelined with injuries. If he could have stayed fit, I have no doubt he would have made a formidible pairing with Wayne Rooney at the front of the United attack.
Saha has made 124 appearances for United scoring 42 goals.
